I forgot my password
Open the app, tap "Sign In," then "Forgot Password." You'll get a reset link by email within a minute.
I want to update my profile or business info
Open the app and tap your Profile icon. You can update your photo, bio, service area, contact info, and trade category yourself.
I want to update my payment method
In the app, go to Profile > Settings > Manage Subscription > Update Payment.
I want to cancel my membership
In the app, go to Profile > Settings > Manage Subscription > Cancel. Or email support and we'll process it within 1 business day. See our Refund Policy.
I want to delete my account and data
Email support@NationalHomeAlliance.com from your account email with the subject "Delete My Account." We will permanently delete your data within 14 days.
The app is crashing or behaving strangely
Force-close the app, then restart it. If the issue persists, email support with your device model, OS version, and a description of what you were doing.
