About National Home Alliance

Our Mission

Homeowners have a problem: they don't know who to trust. Search results, online reviews, and lead-gen sites are noisy and gamed. The best contractors are usually too busy referring work to friends to bother with marketing platforms at all.

National Home Alliance solves both sides of this problem. We bring together the most reliable home service professionals in each city into a category-exclusive network. Members refer business to each other — warmly, personally — and homeowners get connected to vetted professionals through people they already trust.

Why "Alliance"?

Most lead-generation platforms pit professionals against each other in a race to the bottom on price. We do the opposite. Each of our local Alliances has only one business per trade category, so members don't compete with each other — they collaborate. A plumber sends work to the electrician. The roofer sends work to the painter. Everyone wins, and homeowners get a better experience.

How It Works

1. Local Alliances: Each city has its own Alliance led by a local Alliance Ambassador who recruits, vets, and supports members.
2. Category Exclusivity: Only one plumber, one electrician, one roofer, etc. per Alliance. Your category is yours.
3. Referrals First: Members refer business to each other through our mobile app, with full tracking and follow-up.
4. Quality Tracking: Every member has an A-Score based on referral activity, customer feedback, and engagement — visible to the whole Alliance.
5. Member Spotlights: Each week, one member is featured across the network with an AI-generated spotlight showcasing their work.
6. Monthly Socials: Every Alliance hosts an in-person event each month, funded by NHA, to strengthen relationships.

What Makes Us Different

Our Story

National Home Alliance was founded in 2026 by a team that spent years watching homeowners get burned by bad contractors and great contractors get burned by bad lead-gen platforms. We knew there had to be a better way — one built on trust, relationships, and shared incentives. So we built it.

We're starting with a single market and growing one city at a time, the right way: with the right people, the right culture, and a relentless focus on quality.
